Customer Information

Our shipping methods are only as accurate as the information that we are given. With that in mind, please verify all of your shipping and billing information at the time of placing your online order. It is the sole responsibility of the person placing the online order to verify that all addresses are complete and accurate. Please make sure to include your apartment, suite, or unit number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order. All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page of the order. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will be able to track your order online. An email will be sent to you with the carrier service and the tracking number. Or you can log into your account with Strafford Window Manufacturing, Inc., click on My Orders under the My Account Box, then click on View Order for the order you would like to track and you will have a Track Your Order link under the Billing Address. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at 1-603-664-8053 for assistance.

If you placed your order as a guest, you will need to call us for tracking information.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

All damaged packages should be reported to Strafford Window Manufacturing, Inc. within 1 business day of receipt, as listed in the carrier's tracking information. These packages will then be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.

If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-603-664-8053 so that we can work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. We request that you check with all family members, or neighbors, or any other person that may have accepted or stored the package before reporting that it is lost or missing.

 

Shipping Methods

For shipments over $250.00 in value we will require that UPS or FedEx obtains a signature from the receiver. Otherwise your package will be left in a safe location if no one is available to receive it; however, it is ultimately up to the individual driver if he/she feels comfortable leaving the package without a signature.

 

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Tracking is included but delivery date is not guaranteed.

Please remember that UPS /FedEx does not count holidays or weekend days as business days. Strafford Window Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right to occasionally alter our shipping practices in order to accommodate weather conditions and special events as they arise.

UPS/FedEx guarantee does not apply to shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond UPS's/FedEx’s control including, but not limited to, the following: The unavailability of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, strikes or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather, and natural disasters.

 

Return Policy

  • Unfortunately where every window that is manufactured is a custom order, once the order is in the manufacturing stage we are not able to cancel your custom order. These windows are not resellable. If you have any questions prior to placing your order please contact us.
  • Strafford Window Manufacturing, Inc. is to be notified by phone 1-603-664-8053 or email for the reason of the return
  • If the product is delivered damaged we will email a return USPS/FedEx/UPS label so you can return the product to our manufacturing plant
  • Please contact us at 1-603-664-8053 prior to placing your order if you should have any questions about the dimensions you will be requiring

 

Cancellation Policy or Changing your Custom Order

Canceling your order: once an order has been placed it can be changed or canceled only if your order is not in the manufacturing stages.

If your order is in the manufacturing stage and or is in process of being shipped we cannot stop this process.

If you receive your order and decide to cancel it we will not be able to refund your money where these are all custom made windows and we can not resell them.
